Workshop Informational War:  study case Romania and Republic of Moldova

On the 28th of April, 2016 at the Information and Documentation Centre on NATO, held workshop on “Informational War: the case of Romania and Republic of Moldova “. During the discussions participated experts from the Conflict Prevention and Early Warning Center in Bucharest, Institute for Public Policy, European Institute for Political Studies in Moldova, Broadcasting Coordinating Council, the Centre for Independent Journalism and the Information and Documentation Center on NATO in Moldova.
The meeting is the second thematic workshop bringing together the experts from Moldova and Romania who presented their research work and discussed phenomenon of informational war of Russian Federation, analyzing the elements of propaganda and disinformation used. The research results will be published in a study to estimate the impact of informational war in Moldova and Romania and propose methods combating it.
