IDC on NATO launches a new information point at the Public Administration Academy.

On 11th of November, the IDC on NATO launched a new information point at the Public Administration Academy. The event was attended Mr. Andrei Groza  pro-rector of PAA, Mr. Viorel Cibotaru co-founder of the IDC on NATO, Ms. Elena Mîrzac – the executive director of the IDC  on NATO in Moldova, as well as MA students and teachers of PAA. Those present watched a documentary movie about the evolution of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization since 1949 and until the present day.

 

Next, Mr. Viorel Cibotaru held a presentation about the importance of NATO’s objectives, and the advantages of the Moldova – NATO partnership. The presentation was followed by debates concerning Ukrainian crisis and NATO-Russia relations.

 

The opening of the information point was preceded by a session of discussion on the IDC on NATO activity. The discussion was joined by 34 public officials teaching at the PAA. The debate was moderated by  Patricia Zghibarţa program director at IDC NATO.
