Public lecture for the MSU graduate students held by NATO officers James Mackey and Krisztian Meszaros
The Information and Documentation on NATO in Moldova has organized on the 13th of October a public lecture for the Moldovan State University graduate students. The presentation was held by James Mackey, Chief of the Integration, Partnership and Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Department, and by Krisztian Meszaros – officer in the same department.
Both officers have brought into discussion the subject of NATO’s perception in the world, as well as the present day global role of this organization. The presentation was followed by the Q&A section during which the special guests have been answering questions regarding most pressing nowadays security issues. The students have exchanged opinions with the NATO officers regarding the situation in Lybia, Siria, Kosovo or Ukraine.
The public lecture was organized within the Security for You(th) project currently implemented by the IDC on NATO in Moldova.
